Career
Bharat Wadhwa started his career as a corporate employee. Later, he quit his corporate job to work as a sous chef, a chef who is second in command of a kitchen. While working as a sous chef he found his calling towards attaining perfection in any dish that he created.

On 14 November 2012, he started his first YouTube channel named “bharatzkitchen.” Soon, he started designing food recipes and assisting various restaurants in enhancing their recipes. With the growth in the audience of his vlogs and increased demand for recipe recitations in the Hindi language, he started a new YouTube channel on 10 August 2016 named “bharatzkitchen Hindi,” wherein he uploads recipes for various appetizers, breakfast ideas, Chinese cuisines, curries, chutneys, and drinks. One of his most popular videos is that of a chicken curry recipe which has surpassed over 60 million views.
