Mola Lenghi is an American personality who once worked for CBS News Channel and used to work for the well known shows. Those shows included CBS News Special Report (1968), CBS Weekend News (2016), and CBS Saturday Morning (2012).

Early life
Mola Lenghi was born on June 15, 1984 in Fort Collins, Colorado, and raised in Vienna, Virginia. He is around 38 or 39 years old as of 2022. Mola is a graduate student at Coastal Carolina University. He received his BA in History and Journalism from 2002 to 2006. Mola has not released the names of his family members, including his parents and siblings.
However, one of his Instagram posts from January 7 said that he had lost his grandfather. She appears to be about 6 or 7 years old in the image of her sharing a laugh with her grandfather, holding a cigarette in one hand and the other on Mola’s head. Mola paid tribute to her grandfather and said that he was incomparable as he named him Abdelmola Awad Lenghi, calling him the “original Mola”.

He was appointed as a reporter at the CBS news channel where he reported while traveling on the different platforms and programs of CBS News. Mola worked on different programs such as CBS Mornings, CBS Evening News and the digital broadcast service CBS News Streaming. He spent his time with CBS News from 2017 to June 2022. Initially, he resided in Washington, DC, and held a position with CBS Newspath. In June 2022, ABC News President Kim Godwin, a former CBS Newser, made an announcement:
“During his tenure at CBS, Mola reported hard-hitting stories…like the New York subway shooter; the assassination of Jovenel Moïse, president of Haiti; the deadly protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin; and the Jeffrey Epstein sexual abuse and death case.”
Before joining CBS, Mola worked at different news channels. He worked for WUSA-TV in DC and gave two years of his life for the job as a reporter at KXAS-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth. He also worked for WPDE-TV in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he was initially housed and where he began his professional life.
In June 2022, Kim Godwin also sent Mola a welcome email regarding the start of her new position at ABC. She said that he had given his time and earned his passion through work. He gave hard-hitting stories for CBS and reported on some of the pivotal stories of the time. In fact, Godwin praised Lenghi’s work with his previous job designation at CBS and ushered in the new position at ABC. In 2015, Lenghi received an Emmy Award for coverage of a story about the kidnapping of an 8-year-old boy. The girl’s name was Relisha Sturdy, who went somewhere in 2014 and has never been identified.

Personal life
Mola Lenghi is a married man and the father of a dog with whom he spends his free time on Sundays. Viewing Mola’s Instagram photos, it is revealed that he is married. This post dates from January 10. Mola gave a caption, “Hooked! Spectacular night. Even better people. Girl even better.” The lady in Mola’s life appears to be of Chinese ethnicity after looking at family and friends’ photos of her.
